The new Suzuki Swift can easily be called a super Mini. It’s very enjoyable to drive with precise steering and supportive seats. Although at first sight the new Swift looks very similar to the old model, a lot of effort has gone into it if only to impress VW who own 20 % of Suzuki. A gutsy little car – and it’s cheaper than some of its major rivals. However, if you choose an automatic gear box, it will cost you an awful lot more than the manual version.
