The Typhoon Eurofighter has a top speed of Mach 2, around 1440mph depending on height and conditions. It is powered by Two Eurojet EJ200 turbofans, each delivering a maximum of 20,250lb of thrust. Quite impressive; but it is weighed down with a 27mm Mauser cannon and a massive range of Air-to-Surface and Air-to-Air missiles.
